In May 2020, the Village of North Haven, the Village of Quogue, the Village of Sag Harbor and the Village of Westhampton Beach, within the Town of Southampton, New York upgraded from our Govern for Windows to our latest OpenForms platform.

In November 2020, the Town of Southampton Tax Office went live with our OpenForms Collections, Tax Module, Phase 1 of their Migration Project!  The Town utilizes Govern for Windows as its enterprise software application to manage their Tax, Assessment, Permits & Inspections, Code Enforcement, Fire Safety, eGovern (Online Self Service Portal), Utility Billing and more. The Town is taking a phased approach for migrating each department to the OpenForms platform.

The Town of Southampton has been a long standing Harris Govern client since 1986.  They have 52,855 parcels.

We would like to welcome Santa Cruz County Treasurer to the Harris Govern family. They have selected CollectWare to be their new Treasurer/Real Property Tax Collection software.

Congratulations to Flagler County Property Appraiser’s Office!  They are the latest PACS Florida client to go live on PACS Appraisal!

Flagler County has 81,000 parcels.

The Wise County Appraisal District selected Harris Govern as their new CAMA (Computer Aided Mass Appraisal) System at a recent BOD meeting. Mickey Hand, Chief Appraiser for Wise CAD, selected our organization based on value, proven technology today, and the ability to meet their needs as technology continues to evolve. We are eager to get started and welcome the Wise County Appraisal District to our family of clients.

On Thursday, July 23, 2020, the Board of Directors for the Denton Central Appraisal District voted unanimously to accept a recommendation to return to Harris Govern by selecting its proposal offer for the PACS CAMA product and the PACS Evolution product upgrade (when finalized and ready).  Citing confidence in working with people she already knew as well a product that her and her staff could trust, allowed Hope McClure to make the recommendation.

“We felt the history and experience that Harris Govern has shown to this District, and throughout the industry, offered us the compatibility and dependability the Denton Central Appraisal District needed. Especially since they would be able to restore our 2019 and prior years data from an SQL backup and convert only the 2020 data from True Prodigy. The District is excited to move forward with assurance and confidence in the Harris Govern Team.”

Harris Govern would like to welcome Hardin County Appraisal District to the Harris Govern family!  Hardin CAD has 49,000 parcels, 16 users and selected the PACS Suite for their new Appraisal software and our Mobile Software solution.  We are looking forward to working with the entire Hardin Appraisal District staff and helping them meet the needs of the citizens of Hardin County.

Harris Govern would like to welcome Richland County Assessor to the Harris Govern family!  The County has 175,000 parcels and selected the RealWare Suite to be their new Assessment software in addition to our Mobile Software and Matix.

Our newest mobile module allows appraisers to create and collect data and photos on commercial personal property.  Several current Harris Govern clients have implemented this new mobile module:
