Graham County, Arizona has successfully gone live on CollectWare, Harris Govern’s property tax and collections solution. The go-live marks Harris Govern’s second Arizona implementation this year and the culmination of a multi-year partnership with the county.

A Partnership Built for Success

Bringing a new tax collection system live takes more than deploying software. It depends on close collaboration, careful planning, and a shared commitment to getting the details right.

The Graham County CollectWare implementation included:

  • Planning and development
  • Data conversion
  • Testing
  • Staff training
  • Implementation
  • Go-live support

Throughout the project, the Harris Govern and Graham County teams worked side by side, and every contribution played an important role in making the project a success.

This is a milestone we should all be proud of. This achievement would not have been possible without the collective effort of the entire team.

Delivering a Modern Tax Collection Platform

With CollectWare now in production, Graham County has a modern, integrated platform for property tax billing, payment processing, and collections. CollectWare gives Graham County:

  • Centralized management of tax billing and collection data

  • More efficient day-to-day operations for staff
  • Improved data accuracy and consistency
  • Greater transparency for taxpayers

The new platform positions the county to better serve taxpayers and to adapt as its needs grow and change.

Growing Momentum in Arizona

Graham County is Harris Govern’s second Arizona Go-Live of 2026, building on the momentum of our earlier Arizona implementation this year. Each project strengthens CollectWare’s ability to meet the specific needs of Arizona counties.

Congratulations to Graham County, and thank you to everyone on both teams who made this milestone possible.
