Use this procedure to set up codes that identify the type of inquiry.
Users select from these codes in the Type field in the General view (Detail section).
Note: Some clients use inquiries during the entire year to provide data and information at the number of taxpayers requesting the CAD services. This does require more work from the staff, but it also provides some excellent data on the demands on the CAD offices.
The user rights required for setting up inquiry codes are assigned to your system ID. For more information about the required user rights, see Setting Up Inquiry Codes.
The ARB Inquiry Types window is displayed.
Note: The codes C, M, and P are default codes provided with PACS.
