Setting Up Protest Codes

Before beginning PACS activities involved in ARB protest processing, system administrators must set up the protest codes in PACS for users to access during ARB protest processing.

The PACS ARB module comes with default codes identified as the most frequently used codes for each of the processes. System administrators can change or delete these codes, or add codes of their own.

Caution Caution Icon Once a user uses a code and it is linked to a property record, it cannot be deleted.

User Rights

System administrators must have the following user rights assigned to their system IDs:

For more information about setting up user rights, see the User Rights User Guide.
